Zion is a congregation that seeks to live out our mission through real-world honest ministry both within our church and especially within our community. The people of Zion are Zion. We seek to be welcoming and open that most of us are trying to figure out our faith together and that asking questions is not only encouraged, but welcomed. Our worship is traditional with creative elements including music, art, and we are always open to trying something new. Whether you have grown up in the church or are seeking community, you are welcome here.

We believe in a triune God — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — and that Jesus Christ is our Savior.

Within the Lutheran tradition we hold our understanding around the Five Solas:

• Sola Gratia — By Grace Alone
• Sola  Fide — By Faith Alone
• Solus Christus — In Christ Alone
• Sola Scriptura — According to Scripture Alone
• Soli Gloria Deo — For God’s Glory Alone
